About Us
We didn't plan this. That's kind of the point.
We've been Mineral Point people since 2011. A small farm, a few dozen sheep, and a love for this creative, beautiful little town in the Driftless Area.
Lately, the world started feeling a little too big and a little too loud. We found ourselves asking: what do we actually have to offer here, where we live? And we kept coming back to the same answer: this view. The one from the West side of our house that we've always called The West Lawn.
We decided to build a wood-fired pizza oven, invite people and see what happens.
West Lawn Pizza isn't trying to be anything fancy. It's a quiet place to come together. To watch the sun go down over Mineral Point with something delicious in your hands and good people nearby. We think that's exactly what the world needs a little more of right now.
